Security Enforcement Command [SECOM]

Security Enforcment Command (SECOM) is the clandestine brain-child of some of the four Empires most influential people who realized after "The Fall of CONCORD" that there was a clear cut need for a law enforcemt agency which will actively patrol low-sec. While SECOM has yet to be recognized by CONCORD or even the Empires openly, it is widly accepted that they are a legitamite form of law-encorcment.
