Revenge comes later.<br>6) NEVER make it personal.<br>7) There\u2019s a big difference between complaining and suggesting. Suggesting is constructive. Complaining is not. Complaining is NEVER tolerated.<br>8) Understand and respect that effective management cannot and should not be lenient.<br>9) If you need help, ask for it. We will not try to read minds, and we will ignore \'hints\' -- and foremost, never expect something of us you didn\'t ask for.<br>10) Please inform us if you are going to be inactive for an extended period of time.<br>11) Never panic.
