Nonian Federation [NONNI]

The Nonian Federation was created out of the desire to let all the citizens, whom did not feel a bond to any other state, join together, to form a new beginning, and gain the same benefits as all others but without the same strict ties.<br><br>Though run in an only partially democratic way, the aim of the state was set to be for the good of all it's citizens, and never to aid only a small elite, as seen in some other places.<br><br>
