You keep what you mine/kill - we regularly do stuff together but it's voluntary and we split the profit evenly regardless of skill level.<br><br>We like folk that can mine, mission, explore/probe and don't mind the odd bit of PvP (or at least know how to fit a ship for it.) "Specialization is for insects." (or at the very least for alts!)<br><br>Having said that, if you want to mine or mission etc. 24/7 then that's entirely up to you. <br><br>Membership by invite only.
