Ishukone Black Watch [I-BW]
Created by CFO Kinachi Hepimeki shortly after the Malkalen Incident as an independent investigation unit of the Ishukone Watch. The Black Watch's main task is the investigation of the Incident and if justified the pursuit and persecution of any co-conspirators of Admiral Noir. The Black Watch has a secondary mandate of defence of Ishukone personel and assets.
