Federation Manufacturing Conglomerate is a player owned and operated industrial-based organization focused on the pruduction of high end Gallente Federation starships (cruiser class and above, primarily) and freighters.<br><br>Member investment in the corp is paid back through monthly dividend payments. And member investment is strictly optional.<br><br>Invested members with good standing have access to research and invention facilities.<br><br>FEDMC is always looking for miners, though we will also consider hiring researchers, producers and inventors. All prospective capsuleers are expected to have, and maintain, <b>Good</b> relations (3.5+ unadjusted) with Gallente Federation. This prerequisite might be waved with the understanding that you would work towards reaching this standing requirement, with haste, after being hired.
