The Maersk Republic - A dedicated national idenity wishing to claim a wild space 0.0 sec area as their own, to form a defined nation complete with industry, mining, military, missions and trade.<br><br>Background<br>--------------------<br>The Maersk Republic is a recently formed corporation but it is fast growing. If you are the type of person who values interpersonal relationships, the challenge of building a team, the thrill of setting and achieving goals then this is a good opportunity. The current leaders have extensive background in other guilds and in other games. We also have extensive EVE knowledge and are willing to help people get their head around this huge sandbox. We are aware of the time and effort needed to build a great team.<br><br>Goals<br>----------------------<br>The long term goal is to build our own "nation-state" in unsecured space. We intend to found our own alliance - also called rge MAERSK REPUBLIC for this purpose. Our next step is to develop the mechanical and human infrastructure needed for deep space colonization and factional warfare. Our future direction will be partially determined by the players in the corporation and their aspirations.<br><br>We have developed a fully functional corporation with divisions in mining, production and misson running. We are currently PvP training and looking forward to starbase management and full science R&amp;D. The most important goal is to assemble the right types of players for mutual enjoyment of the game.
