Low SP pilots with brains preferred over high SP idiots.<br><br>Experienced FC, advice given on ship fittings, training paths etc.<br><br>No ship replacement policy in operation. Low 1% tax but you're responsible for paying for your own ships. Carebear breaks in between active campaigns to allow for any lost ships to be replaced.
