They seem to focus almost exclusively on the exploration and discovery of ancient artifacts for intensive research. <br><br>Rumoured to be engaged in a plethora of R&amp;D projects which include, but not restricted to, cloning equipment, hi-tech weaponry and advanced spaceship development.<br><br>However, some beleive that the U.O.C. is just a front to cover up an active paramilitary arm of the Federation.<br><br>Either way, due to the level of secrecy involved, most of this information is pure guess work and no one knows for sure.
