You must be on Ventrilo any time you are out of station in 0.0.<br>* You must be self sufficient. You must be able to blockade run or jump the requisite items from empire space out to 0.0, as there will not always be a carrier or jump freighter available.<br>* You Must be willing to PvP. We don't require a lot of PvP combat, however you must be willing to defend our space if attacked.<br><br>Who we are not looking for:<br>* Miners and Industrialists.
