This small university offers studies in all branches of combat. The intent is to teach strategy and command, and hones the future officer\u2019s loyalty and honor. This is usually the second school an officer-candidate attends; no student ever goes here right after leaving primary school, often attending one one or more of the State\'s major institute. Students are in class as often as they are on the field.
