The initial 5D metric can be reduced to <b>degrees of freedom</b> living on the Delta\u2013string. The propagation of electromagnetic waves through the Delta\u2013string is considerable. The difference between Delta and ordinary strings is connected with the fact that for the Delta\u2013string such limitations as critical dimensions are missing.'
