We are looking for pilots with atleast 8 million SP, but exceptions can be made when deemed appropriate, we\u2019re not EvE University \u2013 if you\u2019re looking for someone to walk you through the tutorial, it\u2019s not us.<br>\u2022 Self-sufficiency<br>\u2022 Self-motivation \u2013 While we are doing our best to have scheduled Op\'s on a regular basis, there will be times where there is "free" time and if you are bored and want to run an Op, send a mail or ask in corp chat if anyone is interested and get those ships undocked!<br>\u2022 Team spirit \u2013 this is way more valuable to us than skill points.<br>\u2022 Players who would rather be working in a fleet, no matter if it\u2019s mission running or PvP.<br>\u2022 Experienced players (FC\'s a plus) who can help train our recruits to defend themselves and work as part of an effective fleet.<br>\u2022 Players who understand Real Life &gt; EvE, but still want to be part of something bigger and contribute towards a functioning and growing corporation.'
