Collie Arms and Munitions Industries ( CAAMI )<br><br>Mission Statement:<br>The focus of CAAMI is the manufacture and sale of Ships, weapons, and munitions. Every region of space is in need of these items. Our goal is to supply the market with a stead flow of ships, weapons, and ammunition<br><br>This is a game, not a job. It should be enjoyed, so we encourage you to "do your own thing" as long as it's not griefing or detrimental to our goals. Feel free to mission, P.I., Mine, PvP, and manufacture all you want. We just want to be able to count on you when we need you.<br><br>Overview<br><br>Starting with all small turrets, launchers and munitions. Once all relevent BPOs are on hand and in use, we can move on to larger weapons and muitions. The end goal being Tech 2 weapons and ammunition.<br><br>In order to meet the demands of the capsuleers fighting back the Sansha, and each other, we will break the corperation into smaller "cells" to maximize production capabilities.<br><br>1) Mining<br>2) Production<br>3) Logistics<br>4) Escort<br><br>-The mining cell will mine as much of the needed ore types as possible. Mining Operations will occur regularly, at a minimum of three(3) times a week. CAAMI will buy the ore from members by means of contracts. The ore will be purchased at a cost not less than 10% below regional average.<br>-The production cell will use the refined minerals to manufacture the weapons and munitions to be sold. The weapons and munitions will be requested by CAAMI before manufacture will begin. CAAMI will plan out which weapons and ammunitions need to be manufactured at any given time, and will request those items from the production cell.<br>-The logistics cell will move the finished products to the desired location prior to any market sell orders being placed. The logistics cell may also be called on to transport large ammounts of ore from other areas to the main productions areas.<br>-The escort cell will be paid for each load escorted and each enemy killed. Bonuses will be paid to escort personnel that escort a high number of transports, and for combat actions that result in the transport ship safely reaching it's destination.
