Throughout time, there has been discussions of advanced civilizations coming to visit us. And even more talk of us ascending to a higher plain of existance to join those advanced civilizations. And as many spiritual leaders are said to have taken the form of a dove upon death, we hope the twin birds show our resolve to reach those lofty aspirations. <br><br>We are the Sierian Counsil and as brothers we strive toward a better tomorrow together.
