Empire Douchebag Eviction Board [EVCT]

We evict people who are considered douchebags from empire holdings security status 1.0 to .5, banishing them to low sec, wormhole space or null sec terrirtories.<br><br>We do allow fines to be paid, as long as the douchebag submits the proper forms attached with an appology letter. Repeat offenders may be permanently terminated.
