An agency called into life to assist the poor, weak, and financially challenged pilots of New Eden. <br><br>There where more matured pilots have acces to corporations with ship-replacement programs, the new and ordinary demigods are mostly struggling to keep on flying. N.E.R.F. assists these new pilots with supporting them with racial starterkits when in dire situations. These kits contain all the basic items one of a race might need first hand. Some reffered to is as "A crisistoolbox" <br><br>Our organisation is solely working on donations to exist and assist. <br><br>Much help is needed in the effort of starting up new pilots.<br><br>Our aim is to have an office near all of the main hotspots. (we counted five last month) An office in one of all racial hotspots of new pilots is our most effective option. These can form as fall-out bases on where we can distribute our kits. <br><br><br>To form the necessary, racial based, "Crisis-kits" we rely solely on donations. <br><br>These donations are mainly: <br><br>- Alot of small cargocontainers to fit the packs<br>- low level (meta 1./2) items (turrets, shields, plates, ammo, mid/hi/low...)<br>- tech 1 frigate/cruisers<br>- Donations in isk to pay for office rent and transportcontracts.<br><br>So that we can supply: <br><br>- means of propulsion (afterburner or microwarpdrive*)<br>- tech 1 drones of any kind<br>- Defensive means (active or passive armor or shielding, ECM )<br>- combat assisting modules (targetpainters, webbers, neuts...) <br>- hull and structural enhancements (inertia stabalizer, nanofiber...)<br>- some isk for pilotinsurance, docking fee etc<br><br><br>Gallente Kit also includes: <br>- Quafe (any variantt hat the factories writes off in bulk)<br>- Hybrid turrets and ammo<br>Caldari Kit also includes: <br>- Small arms<br>- Missilelaunchers and ammo<br>Amarr Kit also includes: <br>- Pax Amarria <br>- Laser crystals and Ammo<br>Minmatar Kit also includes: <br>- Metal scraps<br>- Projetile turrets and Ammo<br><br><br>* Depending on supply<br><br>** Our organisation motivates freedom of speech and choice.
