We do a little bit of everything.... there's no plan. Just have fun playing EVE. If you want to work by yourself - that's fine, if you want to join a fleet to mine, rat, for war decs, that's great. You will develope a team of miners and should be able to delegate responsibility. The ideal candidate will have an orca preferably.
