EL-TC formed from the ashes of IDI, given a State Charter granted by the Sovereign Caldari State to defend its empire, its interests, and its citizens.<br><br>Given its charter in YC113 the company set up trade routes across empire space into Amarr, Rens and Dodixie and quickly established a seat of power in foreign politics and trade. The company quickly established its own large navy which it uses to control several systems and uncharted "J" space.
