We are the Web itself, a tapestry woven from the majority of those who were not born into privilege, but rather work hard for everything they have. A pleb is not part of an elite society, he is part of society as a whole. From ancient times, society has been borne on the back of the Plebians, held up in their hands since time immemorial. In times such as these, we should always remember to take care of one another in our brotherhood.<br>The Plebian Republic needs capsuleers from all profession, from Missioneers to Miners, Industrialists and Merchants, all of the facets that work together to build a civilization that is self sustaining and thriving. But no civilization can survive without the brave men and women to stand up and protect it.
