Never Ending Creations Industry [NO08]

To start off with mining, I want to gain enough miners to be able to have active mining fleets and to have atleast 3-4 mining ops a week, atleast 2-3 for pure member profit and 1-2 for corp minerals to buy ships for corp use. In the future I want to provide lowsec and nullsec ores to our miners. The corp in the future will also put up buy orders for ore or minerals to continue to fuel member profit.
