u'GCA is open to both newer and experienced,pilots:<br>- Training corp for PvE and PvP operating in/from dangerous wormhole space<br>- Requires ability to work within a group/fleet, speak english, TS3 (working mic preferred)<br>- Previous c1-c3 WH experience is a plus<br>- t2-fit Drake, rr Tengu, t2-fit Hurricane are statndards<br>- Willingness to protect yourself, your corp-mates, and respect corporate assets<br>- Ability to earn large amounts of ISK<br>- Have fun with the game<br><br>Experienced pilots will work with you, helping with training plans and equipment as necesssary to get you involved with larger group activities (and earning ISK). Scanning (both directionally and with probes) is an absolutely essential skill in WH space, and is expected of all members. <br><br>GC and GCA has members from around the world, but the majority of active pilots are currently from EU and US Time Zones. However, Real Life is always greater than Game Life, so you will not \u201cpenalized\u201d if unable to be online as often as you might like. But, we are a WH corp, so expectation is that you will be in corp WH space more than not. At the same time, we expect you to have the maturity and initiative to be productive and have fun when those times come around when few corp members are online. <br><br> GCA offers:<br>\xb7 Secure base of operations in wormhole space<br>\xb7 Activity-based ISK payouts both for PvE operations vs Sleepers, and for other wormhole harvesting activities.<br>\xb7 Access to corporate library of ship fittings, which serves as a guide to valuable skills and training to participate successfully in a variety of corporate operations <br>\xb7 Limited ship replacement policy for non-foolish losses <br>\xb7 Training in corporate bookmarking and intelligence sharing.<br><br>Those who progress will have access to better opportunities to earn ISK and have access to more of the corporate assets...the hope is for all trainees to earn trusted membership in parent corp.<br><br>Requirements:<br>- No Trial Accounts will be considered. (Those with lower levels of Skillpoints are welcome to contact us for consideration, but minimum requirements will be required). <br>- FULL API key will be required, and disclosure of other accounts/pilots<br>- Interview with CEO, Director or Senior Pilot<br>- Willingness to learn by doing along with others<br>- Sense of Humor: It\u2019s a game\u2026. Relax and have fun.<br>- MUST be able to log in to TS3 server, if only to hear instructions from ops leaders. &lt;&lt;== Required for effective fleet operations.<br>\xb7 Patience: Developing skills and experience in this game takes time, and those with patience will have the most enjoyment while building their game skills.<br>\xb7 Maturity, courtesy and respect for corp-mates.'
