Members must hold themselves to the highest standards<br>7. Be on TS and active when logged into Q-Navy character<br>8. Participate in PvP activities if any are going.<br>9. Must be able to fly minimum of one race's cruiser class and below<br>10. Must be able to use Meta 4 PvP moduels <br><br>Voice Interview Required
