We prefer strategy rather than overwhelming numbers. </font><font size="12" color="#ffffa600"><loc><a href="http://eve.battleclinic.com/killboard/combat_record.php?type=alliance&name=7th+Circle+Ascension">Battle Clinic</a></loc><br></font><font size="12" color="#bfffffff">- Average age of our membership is mid 30's.<br>- Our game is about getting better as individual pilots, and as a fleet.<br><br>What we are looking for:<br>-Team Speak and Slack, are required. <br>- Experienced PVP pilots - as long as you have some experience in PVP in Eve, we are willing to work with pilots that lack solo and micro gang experience and/or confidence.<br>-Combat probers - Dscan Gurus - Dotlan Literate - Adrenaline Addicts - Soloists that like to fleet up a couple times a week <br>-Pilots willing to train to our few doctrines.
