Outlander Commodity Deligates [YOCD]

In keeping with the Metropolis Free Trade Convention and Ratified Treaties, Outlander Commodity Deligates [TOCD] has been commissioned to promote reduced tax rates for the people and corporations residing in local Minmatar systems.<br>It is understood and in order to prevent a conflict of interests, TOCD cannot and will not establish their own trade assets including planetary customs offices. <br>TOCD may impose sanctions on those violating the treaty guidelines (No tax to be levied on any citizen greater than 18% - neutral standing). Furthermore, those who feel they are being taxed without representation, should contact a member of TOCD immediately.
