Can help coordinate members into projects.<br> Project Leaders - Members who have proposed a project and have gotten it approved. <br> Members - Pilots who have been on a project that has been sucessfully completed.<br> Provisional Members - Pilots new to the corp.<br><br></font><font size="14" color="#ffffff00"><b>Project Paradigm:</b><br></font><font size="12" color="#ffb2b2b2"> We here at DLTAG believe that every pilot has something to contribute, and we want to help them be all that they can be. In pursuing this goal, any full member is allowed and encouraged to submit a project idea to the board for consideration. Upon approval, that pilot\'s project will have the full weight of the corp\'s assets behind it. The proposing member will be granted the rank of project leader and will be free to pursue their project. Other full members and provisional members can then join the project to aid in its completion. Upon completion, the Project Leader will be promoted, having proven their leadership abilities, to the rank of officer. Provisional members that are part of a completed project will be promoted to full membership status and given the right to propose their own projects.
