Expansions to that may come up in the future if members apply for,<br><br>All Members getting the options tho hold part of shares but doesnt have to.<br><br>Running Costs &amp; Profits &amp; Votings<br>The shareholders are responsible for the running costs (such as office rents if the funds from tax insufficient). Potential profits are given out to Members 25% Shareholders 25%. 25% Used for Projects and investments (like Member Sponsoring) 25% used to raise the company funds every month. <br>If there are losses however only shareholders taken responsible related to the amount of shares.<br><br>Initial Company Value 5,000,000<br><br>Votes:<br>Each Share has 1 Vote and every Member got the right to own up to 5%<br><br>The Share however has to be bought.<br>The Costs of one Share is related to the costs the company had so far:<br><br>Initial Costs <br>reg.
