We labor for our own gain, not for the benefit of any master. While we recognize that everyone needs help sometimes, we try to keep our problems in-house.<br><br><b>Kinship:</b> The ties that bind all Matari peoples together are thicker than blood. Our aim is to help all Matari people thrive, and to aid the Republic which the Matari have created - in that order.<br><br><b>Wisdom:</b> Wisdom is where awareness, cunning, initiative, and restraint collide. Wisdom is discerning when, how, and why to act, when to retreat, and when to attack. We strive to be wise.<br><br><br><b><u>MISSION STATEMENT</b></u><br><br>Obolos are coins given to the deceased so that they can pay for safe passage to the afterlife. We have taken this name as a symbol of our dedication to ensuring that those Matari who have died under the yoke of slavery will never be forgotten. We are devoted to those Matari who yet live, and we will not forget those we have lost.<br><br>Our secondary function is to provide the Minmatar Militia forces with everything they need to win the war against the Empire and free our people. It is our privilege to provide the militia with whatever equipment they need at mutually beneficial prices.<br><br>Lastly, when we are able, we are to provide direct combat support to our Militia efforts. Directly participating in battles and skirmishes may only be a tertiary priority for us, but we will not shy away from it. Let none say we have not bled for our people.</font>
