The focus is to grant the new EvE player with the ability to gain isk in high-security space whilst maintaining efficiency, and to train players in advanced solo and small gang tactics prior to entering PvP endeavors. We also offer a 0% tax rate and Low level PvE ships will be supplied to new members free of charge
