<u>Welcome to Prospective Engineering!</u><br><br>We are a casual coorporation and as of such there are no rules regarding online-offline time,<br><br>We organise ourselves spontaneouslly depending on who is online and who isn't. Because of this you only have to shout-out if you want to do group missions together or sign up when someone else is forming one.<br><br>Everyone starts out as a recruit. Following two weeks of membership or tax contribution of 1.000.000 you will be automatically promoted to permanent member.<br><br><b>CURRENT TAX RATE : 10%<br><br>CORPORATION WALLET PROTOCOL:</b><br>The corporation will use it's funds to invest in organised missions with high-yealding ISK.<br><br><b>CORPORATION LAWS:<br>1. </b>The Administrative Council is the sole decider of all laws within the Corporation.<br><b>2.</b> Each member of the Administrative Council has 1 vote with the exception of the Director who has 2 votes.<br>3. The Administrative Council is the controller of the Corporation Walelt.<br>4. Corporation runs of any kind (exploration, combat etc.) shall claim every item as owned by the Corporation.<br>5. Corporation items may be requested by any member.<br>6. L1 items are grantable on the spot, L2 items require administrative council aproval,<br>7. The CFO may sell any L1 item without permition, L2 items require administrative council aproval,<br>8. Dividents are payd after each Corporation run.<br><b>===COORPORATION REWARDS===</b><br>1,000,000 ISK/reffered member - payable after 1 week of membership<br>2% end of month dividents for permanent members<br>5% end of month dividents for administrative members
