Paravinian Institute of Galactic Sciences [PIOGS]

The Universe is filled with some of the most hostile groups imaginable, from pirates to even governments that simply wish to witness their own peopke burn in supernovas. The Institute however, promises peace and technological advancements beyond imagining, and it shall do anything deemed necissary to fulfill said goal. The Institute takes pride in every battle won, and in every bit of knowledge gained. The Institute shall not punish those whom fail them,rather encourage them to do better. The Institute is a light in the void. The Instiute, for a brighter universe and future.
