Allow my idea to retain and grow with, if necessary, reasonable boundaries(war, growth issues, etc). If the core of my idea is fractured or tempered with in anyway beyond game mechanics I won't stay nor join an alliance. I won't join or stay in an alliance with a leader who won't hold his/her creation dear. Their drive or idea doesn't have to be as strong as mine but they must be willing to see it to the end and convince me of it.<br>This may sound overwhelming but tbh for someone like me it's simple as 1+1.</font>
