We have no mandatory ops - you join only if you want to get paid.<br><br>Those interested in missions, might be excited to hear about the trainer-program that we have recently introduced. The basic idea is that we provide an incentive for our more experienced members to help newbros by paying a trainer salary to any sufficiently experienced mission runner willing to show some newbros around missions and share their experience.
