I've had many mails from aspiring young newbro's looking to make some isk through PI and asking for lower rates. Unfortunately I offer no rates lower than the 2.5% base rate in high-sec, I think it's a very reasonable rate. However, you might not see 2.5% there! You could see something as high as 12.5% I believe!
