Skills - tasks - knowledge. A pilot will stay in these corporation for as long as they wish and can become leaders within the corporation if helping new pilots is something they enjoy.<br><br>When a Pilot is ready they can Transfer to our more advanced training Corporation or</font><font size="14" color="#ffffff00"> returning pilots</font><font size="14" color="#ffffffff"> who require a bit more content.
