Factions within the Hyasyoda corporation decided to establish a loosely affiliated capsuleer militia to increase the corporations influence within the regions contested with the Gallente federation in light of escallating tensions. <br><br>The militia agreed to abide by a "safety green" policy, in order to prevent a decent into piracy. The chosen base of operations was the system of Vlillier, at the time of founding however this was controlled by the Gallente federation, the closely affiliated Wiyrkomi, also part of the ocean faction within the state has several stations there making it an ideal choice for a base of an alliated militia.
