Engagement, "Aggression First Conduct" with another capsuleer pilot, corporation or alliance is FORBIDDEN and grounds for investigation. Standings assigned by NEHRA does not indicate NEHRA will return fire or is hostile in any manner towards beligerents. A public records request or change request (PRR or PRC) can be sent to NEHRA to review NEHRA's standing records, audit or change at the requester's discretion and an internal panel set by NEHRA.</font>
