The goal is not perfect efficiency. The goal is a record.<br><br>No mandatory fleets. No \u201ccorp family\u201d pressure. Participation is voluntary. No pilot is held by debt, obligation, or guilt. Leaving is clean.<br> <br>3. **Conduct** <br> <br> We keep to New Eden\u2019s canon and tone in in-character spaces. Out-of-character talk stays in out-of-character channels.<br> <br>4. **Operations** <br> <br> We run small ops that produce stories worth logging: exploration, salvage, hauling, security work, and opportunistic roaming. New pilots are supported.
